I have 10+ years of knowledge and experience in the Health and Fitness industry to include:

  • Master of Science in Exercise Science - Nutrition and Wellness Concentration (2023), Liberty University

  • Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology - Exercise Science, Towson University

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

  • Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)

  • Certified Health Coach, Institution of Integrative Nutrition (IIN)

  • 10+ years working with clients from various backgrounds, as young as 5 years old to as seasoned as 75 years young, including professional athletes!

my approach

I teach my clients that health has three primary components: Nutrition, Exercise, and Lifestyle factors. Nutrition accounts for 50% of overall health, Exercise is 35%, and Lifestyle 15%. Each individual component is important on its own, however optimal health is achieved when all three components are addressed simultaneously.
